The beautiful award winning beaches of Sandbanks are a 10 minute drive away and the main resort of Bournemouth, with its large shopping centre and super beaches is approximately 20 minutes by car.
Sea Haven is a large four bedroom, three storey, terraced, family town house built in 1975 and is fitted out to a very high standard. There is off street parking for two cars in front with a secure, sunny garden to the rear. The property enjoys partial views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island from the lounge and smaller bedroom windows. Every effort has been made to supply all that is required to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is gas centrally heated (no meters).
Ground Floor
There is a very well equipped kitchen which includes a range cooker with both electric and gas ovens and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining table which will seat up to 8 people. The kitchen opens out onto the private patio garden which is equipped with outside furniture and barbeque. Also a large garden shed to store cycles/surf boards etc. There is also a downstairs toilet and hand basin. 
First Floor
The lounge is situated on this floor and has two 2-seater sofas and a 3-seater sofa bed. There is a 44" wide screen rear projection colour television with freeview, video, dvd player with stereo surround sound. A Playstation 2 console and a selection of games for the younger ones. On this floor there is a double bedroom which is attractively decorated. Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom with full size bath, basin and toilet. There are televisions in all the bedrooms. 
Second Floor
There is another double bedroom on this floor and two smaller bedrooms each containing a set of bunk beds. There is also a shower room on this level.
